Get Picky Inspiration Challenge!

Well what a week! Thank God New Year's is over! We live not too far away from the Fall's Festival that is held every New Year and things get rather insane around here. I have loved having my step kids back home for the holidays but the hoard of friends they come with wanting to be fed and showered after 3 days of drinking and sleeping in the dirt was a bit of a shock to the system. It all got a bit much for me and in fear of having a complete nervous breakdown I made a quick exit to my parents house and left my DH to deal with it all! Now all gone and the house clean again, it has been so nice to have peace and quiet and some time to sit down and scrap. Whew! So I have decided to join in at Get Picky this month for their inspiration challenge which is all about New Year ( go figure lol). This year is going to be an interesting one for us. I am now on the hunt for a new job and hubbie may be soon too. Lots of changes happening and I really feel like this year will be a new beginning of something!

    This is just so SO beautiful, Georgia! Love the stitched circle, the layered photos, and the paper-tearing...also love the delicate little details like the single bird at the top, and the half-colored title...cool look!
